We will keep up you updated via SMS or Email (whichever is preferred) on your car’s progress at the following points:

Booking Reminder (day before booking)
Mid-Repair (when entering paint shop) to confirm completion date

Upon collection we will go over with you what has been completed & follow up with you a couple of days after collection to ensure you are happy with what has been done. In the event you are not happy with something we will endeavour to achieve the best possible resolution for you & resolve the issue promptly.
